What it does
AI for Database connects to databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, SQLite and Google Sheets. You type a question, and it writes and runs the SQL, then returns the answer along with the rows and the query it used. An answer can be pinned to a dashboard, scheduled as a report, or watched so that a workflow sends a Slack message, email or webhook call when the data changes. Connections start read-only, and queries and actions are logged. It can also be used from AI assistants through an MCP connector (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok and Muse are named), and a public REST API with an OpenAPI description lets agents inspect schemas, run read-only SQL and draft workflows. A self-hosted deployment is offered for a one-time setup fee plus an annual licence.
