What it does
AllPet is a desktop pet that watches several AI coding agents at once: Codex, Claude Code and Desktop, DeepSeek Harness, Grok, Cursor, WorkBuddy, Qoder, pi and Z Code. It reads local state for each tool and changes its animation as tasks move between idle, running, waiting, done and failed. Task bubbles show progress at three levels, from a summary to a platform to a single session. Clicking a bubble attempts to open the original session or application, with limits that vary by platform and tool. A cross-platform status and watch command-line interface is included. The native pet interface is macOS only, while an Electron shell provides the pet and a pet manager on macOS, Linux and Windows. Installers (DMG, EXE, AppImage and DEB) come from GitHub Releases, or a single npx command installs the latest stable release. You can switch between built-in pets and install pets from GitHub on all three systems; importing local pets is macOS only, and a kit for creating a new pet is included.
