Calmo

AI agents for site reliability work that investigate alerts, test several root-cause theories in parallel against production data, and draft remediation plans.

Autonomous agentsWorkflow automation

What it does

Calmo calls itself an agent-native SRE platform. Its agents take on tasks such as incident response, root cause analysis, alert triage, migrations, postmortem writing and performance work, and are meant to fit into your existing workflow rather than replace it. When an alert fires, Calmo analyses it and forms initial theories before the team starts digging, working across code, infrastructure and telemetry. It checks several hypotheses at once against evidence from production systems, and can produce remediation plans with code snippets and pull requests. Investigations are kept as searchable knowledge, and teams can upload playbooks and SOPs for the agent to consult. The site lists connectors for tools including Datadog, Grafana, Sentry, PagerDuty, Kubernetes, GitHub, Slack, Notion and Databricks. On data handling it says customer data is not used to train models and is stored in Europe, and it offers bringing your own model and an on-premise deployment. A 14-day free trial is mentioned in the FAQ; plan prices are not shown on the home page.

Capabilities

  • Automatic first analysis of each alert across code, infrastructure and telemetry
  • Parallel testing of multiple root-cause hypotheses
  • Remediation plans with code snippets and pull requests
  • Playbook and SOP library the agent uses during investigations
  • Connectors for observability, incident and chat tools
  • Bring your own model and on-premise hosting

When to use it

  • On-call engineers lose time triaging noisy alerts and chasing one theory at a time
  • You want past investigations kept as searchable team knowledge
  • You need an incident tool that can run on your own infrastructure or with your own model
