What it does
Capacity turns a description of an idea into a working app that you can preview and put online. You explain what you want in everyday language, Capacity asks a few questions, then builds the pages, data and logins in a few minutes. Further changes are requested in chat and show up in the preview. When you are happy, one click publishes the app at a shareable link, and you can connect your own domain. The site says the app, data and members belong to you, and that you can take everything with you, including the code. Examples shown include class bookings, an online shop, pre-orders, client galleries and wedding RSVPs. You can also connect Capacity to Claude or ChatGPT and build from the chat. In that case your own AI subscription writes the code and Capacity handles hosting, database, domain and versions. Plans start at $25 per month; building from Claude or ChatGPT is unlimited on every paid plan, while the built-in Capacity agent spends credits that never expire.
