CLAUDE.md Writer

Free web tool that turns a short description of an AI agent into a CLAUDE.md file, using a three-step process that extracts requirements, writes the document and scores it.

Writing assistants

What it does

CLAUDE.md Writer is a web page where you describe an AI agent in up to 2,000 characters and get back a CLAUDE.md file with rules, communication guidance and memory patterns. The page offers starter prompts such as an email assistant, a GitHub review bot, a research agent and a customer support bot. Generation runs as a three-step pipeline. It first extracts structured properties such as name, capabilities, constraints and tools from your description, then writes the full document, then audits it against a quality rubric. If the score is under 75, the weak sections are rewritten automatically. The page says this usually takes 30 to 90 seconds. The site describes the tool as free with no signup, running on OpenRouter free models. Text you submit is processed through OpenRouter's API, and the site says submissions are not stored or logged. A requests-remaining counter is shown, and you can copy or download the result or send it to the related CLAUDE.md Auditor.
