What it does
ClaudeScope reads the session transcripts that Claude Code already stores on your disk and builds an in-memory view of them. Started with npx, it opens a dashboard at a local address in your browser, where you can search the full text of your prompts, replies and tool calls and open any session to read the whole conversation. Alongside search it shows usage: sessions, messages, tokens, API cost and how much the cache saved, with spend by model, typical session size, an activity heatmap and a daily trend. It can also read session files from Codex, Cursor, Aider, Gemini and Copilot CLI, export to Markdown, CSV or JSON, and print a weekly text report that can be wired to a cron job. Privacy is the main pitch. It makes no network requests, has no dependencies, only reads your files and listens only on the local machine. It needs Node.js 18 or newer.
