What it does
Claudex scans the Claude Code projects folder on your machine and shows every conversation in a React and Fastify web interface. You can browse sessions, search them with SQLite FTS5 full-text search filtered by project, role and date, view analytics, and export a session as JSON, HTML or plain text. Since version 1.3.0 it also ships an MCP server with ten tools. They let Claude Code look up project context, search and retrieve past sessions, and keep a structured memory of conventions, architecture decisions and error patterns, each with a priority, a confidence level and an expiry. Three prompts, /recall, /catchup and /history, give quick access to earlier work, and detail levels help control how much context comes back. It installs from npm, runs from source or in Docker, and needs Node.js 18 or newer.
