What it does

Cogram describes itself as an AI platform for architects and engineers. It has been built since 2021 as an alternative to older software in the field, and the site says it is aimed at architects, designers, engineers, consultants and general or specialty contractors. The tools listed are an Agent for asking questions about and analyzing project documents, email management that files and searches project correspondence, RFI and submittal logging and review that integrates with Procore, meeting minutes for virtual and in-person meetings, and field reports built from spoken observations and photos. Minutes and reports are drafted in the firm's own templates. A Cogram Studio is listed as a research preview. Named integrations include Procore, Deltek, Unanet, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Autodesk, Zoom and Google Meet, and custom integrations are supported through an API. On security, the site cites SOC 2 Type II certification, SAML single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, role-based access and optional private-cloud or on-prem data storage. It says no AI models are trained on customer data.
