What it does

Craiyon is used in the browser. You type what you want to see, pick a style and an aspect ratio, and press Draw. The site says prompts can be written in any language and that it began life as DALL-E mini in 2021. Six style presets are offered: Artistic, Photo, Anime, Illustration, Vector and Raw. An Exclude field lets you name things the image should avoid, and a search page shows community creations together with the prompts that produced them. The site also links to separate pages for logo, anime, tattoo, home design and poster generation and a background remover. Free accounts get base-quality images with watermarks and may wait at busy times. The paid Supporter, Professional and Ultra plans add higher-quality models, all aspect ratios, no watermark, priority generation and monthly credits. Credits are spent on editing images with the best models; plain text-to-image generation does not use them. The site says generated images can be used for personal, academic or commercial purposes under its Terms of Use, with credit to craiyon.com expected from free users.
