What it does
Excelmatic is now called RowSpeak. It is an AI data analytics tool that works from the files you already have: Excel and CSV spreadsheets, PDF tables, screenshots and exported business reports. You describe what you want in plain English and it returns analysis, charts, dashboards and report-ready summaries. Typical jobs include comparing periods, explaining changes, spotting unusual movements, cleaning duplicates and formatting problems, and converting images or PDFs of tables into editable Excel files. Results are meant to be reviewed: you can inspect the output and correct assumptions such as the revenue field, date range, grouping or chart type. Recurring reports can be set up once and re-run when an updated file arrives, with outputs in Excel, CSV, images, PowerPoint and charts. The site shows workflows for finance, sales, inventory and marketing reporting. Direct connectors to Google Analytics, Google Sheets and databases are described as coming soon. The site says uploaded files are encrypted, kept in isolated workspaces and not used to train its AI models, and that an on-premise deployment with open-source LLMs is available.
