What it does

Freepik is now Magnific, which the site describes as the same team and technology redesigned as a full AI creative platform. It brings image, video, audio and 3D generation together with a stock library the site puts at over 250 million photos, vectors, icons and templates, licensed for commercial use. The tools include an image generator, video generator, image upscaler (up to 10K), image editor, background remover, text to speech and a change-camera-angle tool, with models from leading AI companies chosen from one place. Spaces is a node-based canvas where teams build repeatable workflows and work together, and an agent can be given brand books, references and skill files to operate that canvas. Magnific also runs as a macOS desktop app on the same account and credits, through an MCP server for use from AI agents such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, and through image, video, audio and stock APIs, all billed in credits. The site says users own what they generate and that it never trains on user data. Team plans add shared credits and no seat limits, and the enterprise tier adds legal indemnification and custom SSO.
