What it does

Gamma is a platform for making presentations, documents, websites, graphics and social content. You start from a prompt, an outline or a file, and an AI agent works with you in a chat beside the deck. The site says it outlines first, so you can shape the story before the slides are built. For the look, you can describe a style or attach inspiration, and Gamma matches the design to your content, audience and brand. Changes can be requested from the agent, made with smart layouts, or done by hand in a freeform design mode. Brand controls, workspace templates and custom instructions help a team stay consistent. Existing PowerPoint and PDF files can be imported, and finished work can be exported to PowerPoint or PDF. The site lists more than 25 connectors, naming Slack, Notion, Dropbox and Salesforce, and says a presentation can also be started from ChatGPT, Claude or Slack. Projects are private by default and can be shared with specific people, a team or publicly, with real-time collaboration. A free plan with AI credits is available, and paid plans add credits and capabilities. On data use, the site says content in Business and Enterprise workspaces is excluded from AI training, while content in individual Free, Plus, Pro and Ultra workspaces may be used by default unless you opt out in account settings.
