What it does
Huntr's AI Resume Builder helps job seekers build a resume from an uploaded resume, a LinkedIn profile or a blank start. The AI suggests professional summaries, skills and achievement bullet points, and the user can edit or skip any suggestion. It tailors a resume to a specific job by extracting keywords, responsibilities and qualifications from the job description and proposing achievements that cover them. It also gives a job match score, a resume score with feedback, and a resume checker that looks at spelling, length, use of metrics and repetition. Cover letters can be generated from the details in the resume. Seven templates are offered, with color customization, and a finished resume downloads as a PDF. The builder sits inside Huntr's wider job-search toolkit, which includes a job tracker, contact tracker, application autofill and a Chrome extension for saving jobs.
