Hyperbrowser

Cloud platform that gives AI agents hosted Chrome sessions, isolated code sandboxes and web data APIs, with SDKs, a CLI and MCP support, plus agents that run browser tasks from a prompt.

What it does

Hyperbrowser provides infrastructure for AI agents and apps that need to use the web. Its browsers product runs Chrome in the cloud, which you control through an API by connecting Playwright or Puppeteer. Logins can be saved between runs, sessions can be watched live, and recordings can be replayed to debug a run. Sandboxes let you run code in isolated environments: install dependencies, execute commands, expose local services and save the environment as a snapshot for later runs. A Web API fetches a page, crawls a site or searches the web, and returns Markdown, HTML, screenshots or JSON that matches a schema you give it. For hands-off work, you can send a task in plain language and run HyperAgent, Browser Use or computer-use models in a managed browser, then inspect the steps and the result. You can use it through the Node.js and Python SDKs, the CLI or MCP, and the site links a security overview and a trust center. It reports sessions starting in under 500 ms and more than 1,000 concurrent isolated browsers.

Capabilities

  • Cloud-hosted Chrome controlled through Playwright or Puppeteer
  • Saved browser profiles, live session viewing and recordings
  • Isolated sandboxes with memory snapshots
  • Web API for fetch, crawl and search returning Markdown, HTML, screenshots or JSON
  • Agents that run browser tasks from a prompt
  • Node.js and Python SDKs, a CLI and MCP

When to use it

  • Your AI agent needs a real browser to log in, click and read pages
  • You want to run agent-written code in isolated environments instead of on your own servers
  • You need web pages turned into Markdown or structured JSON for an AI app
  • You want to hand a browser task to an agent and review each step afterwards
