What it does
Instafill.ai reads a PDF or Word form, identifies every field, checkbox, table and radio button, and fills them using uploaded documents, typed answers or data from earlier fills. The site says a typical form takes 25 to 60 seconds and documents can run up to 100 pages. Results can be reviewed and edited in a visual editor before export, and each filled field can show its source and reasoning. Flat PDFs, scans and images can first be converted into fillable forms. Other features include batch filling from a CSV file, profiles for filling forms on behalf of others, and learning from corrections so repeated forms need less retyping. For automation it offers a REST API with webhooks, an MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT, and n8n and Zapier integrations. Chrome and Edge extensions are also listed. On security, the site describes a stateless mode that deletes files after processing, hosting on Microsoft Azure with a choice of region, optional two-factor authentication and a business associate agreement for health data. It says data is not used to train AI models and that it relies on AI models hosted in the United States and managed by OpenAI.
