What it does
Interviews Chat offers two sides of interview support. The Interview Copilot listens to the conversation during an interview and shows real-time suggestions with a live transcript. It handles technical and behavioral questions and can return answers as a full response, bullet points, a short reply, a STAR-method answer, or questions you could put to the interviewer. The Interview Prep side builds practice questions out of your resume and the target job posting. You can answer questions in the interface, run a simulated mock interview with follow-up questions, and get your spoken answers transcribed and analysed with feedback and a tailored model answer. Beyond interviews, the site lists tools for tailoring a resume, getting resume feedback, writing cover letters, exploring career paths and reviewing past interviews. You can compare suggestions from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Alibaba and xAI models and switch between them, and the live transcription language can be changed during a session. According to the site, the copilot can be used alongside video meeting platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams through the web version, an optional Chrome extension or a desktop app, and its suggestions may not always be accurate.
