What it does

MeetGeek captures meetings in several ways. An assistant bot can join calls on its own, a Chrome extension and iOS and Android apps record without a bot, past recordings can be uploaded, and dialers or other systems can send recordings in through its API. The page names Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, says in-person conversations work too, and mentions support for 50+ languages. The notes adapt to the kind of conversation. MeetGeek detects whether a call is a sales call, team meeting, onboarding or interview and applies a matching summary template, which you can also customize. Results include action items, objections and feature requests, and everything lands in a searchable workspace where teammates can share key moments. The site lists integrations with Slack, Notion, HubSpot, ClickUp and other apps, chat-based workflows, a REST API with webhooks, automation through Make, Zapier and n8n, and an MCP server for connecting meeting data to ChatGPT, Claude or your own model. For security it lists SOC 2 Type II, a HIPAA business associate agreement, GDPR and CCPA compliance, and a choice of EU or US data hosting. The page invites you to sign up for free with no credit card, but this page shows no plan prices. A desktop app is marked as coming soon.
