What it does
Middleware is a full-stack observability platform. It gathers signals from infrastructure, application performance monitoring (APM), logs and real user monitoring, and uses an AI SRE agent, OpsAI, to detect problems and help resolve them instead of only raising alerts. The product line includes infrastructure, APM, log, database, container and serverless monitoring, metrics, distributed tracing, real user monitoring with session replay and error tracking, synthetic monitoring, browser testing, a status page and LLM observability for monitoring and evaluating LLM apps. The platform adds alerts, dashboards, notebooks, a query language, an observability pipeline, integrations, a continuous profiler and SLO monitoring. Solution pages cover Kubernetes, AWS, Google Cloud and Azure, and comparison pages position it against Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace, Grafana and Coralogix. The site has a Get Started Free button and links to installation docs and a public API reference.
