What it does
MiniMax Code Review is a GitHub Action that sends the changes in a pull request to a MiniMax model and posts the feedback as a review comment. The repository says it aims to catch bugs and suggest improvements, and its example workflow runs when a pull request is opened or updated. You add it to a workflow file with a MiniMax API key stored as a repository secret. Optional inputs choose the model (MiniMax-M2.5 by default), replace the reviewer prompt, rename the reviewer, exclude file patterns such as lock files, and cap how much of the diff is sent to the API. The default prompt casts the model as an expert reviewer giving practical feedback, and it can be swapped for a narrower brief, for example a security-focused review that skips style comments. Model, prompt and reviewer name can also be kept as GitHub Actions variables so they change without editing the workflow. The project is MIT licensed and welcomes contributions.
