What it does
The Agency is a growing collection of role-based agent definitions. Each one is written as a specialist with its own voice, working process, example deliverables and success measures, rather than a generic prompt template. The roster is grouped into divisions such as Engineering, Design, Paid Media, Sales and Marketing. You use it by installing the definitions into an AI coding tool. A native desktop app for macOS, Linux and Windows lists the roster and installs agents with a click, and install scripts do the same from the command line for Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI, Aider, Windsurf, OpenCode and several other tools. You can install a single agent, one division or a team list from a file, or just copy the files and adapt them. The project is MIT licensed and hosted on GitHub. It supplies the agent instructions and installers; the model that runs them comes from whichever tool you install them into.
