Pagerly

On-call scheduling, paging and incident response that runs inside Slack and Microsoft Teams, with an AI SRE agent, status pages, workflows, and an MCP server and REST API for AI agents.

Workflow automation

What it does

Pagerly runs on-call rotations, tasks and incidents inside Slack and Microsoft Teams. You can build round-robin or custom schedules, sync schedules from Opsgenie and Jira Service Management, keep Slack user groups such as @oncall up to date, and page responders by call, SMS and email. For incidents it lets you assign roles and an Incident Commander, and it generates meeting links, tickets and dashboard links, with timelines and handover reports. An AI SRE agent is listed to help debug, document and communicate faster, and an MCP server and REST API let AI tools such as Claude or Cursor connect to your on-call data. The product also includes status pages, monitoring of 3,000+ third-party services, uptime monitoring, workflow automations, and iOS, Android and macOS apps for alerts. The site states ISO 27001 certification and notes that Opsgenie shuts down in April 2027, with a one-click import of schedules, escalation policies and integrations offered.
