What it does

Pictory builds videos from content you already have. You start from a script, prompt, article, web URL, PowerPoint deck, set of images, audio file or existing video, and the tool breaks it into scenes, finds matching visuals, adds captions and narration, then opens a storyboard editor where you can adjust everything. AI Studio generates images and video clips from prompts inside the editor. For image-to-video the site lists models such as Pixverse 5.5 and Veo 3.1, and it names Flux, Seedream and Nano Banana among its image models. Voiceovers use AI voices that the site credits to ElevenLabs. Avatars are described as editable presenter layers, although one section of the page says avatars are launching soon. Videos can carry your logos, colors and fonts, be exported in horizontal, vertical or square formats, and be passed along through Make and Zapier workflows. A Chrome extension turns the current webpage into a video, and an API and custom plans are offered to enterprises. The site says adult or explicit content is not allowed.
