Reflect

SmartBear's AI-driven test automation for web and mobile apps: write test steps in plain English, run them without coding or selectors, and let the AI adapt tests when the interface changes.

Testing & QA

What it does

Reflect is SmartBear's agentic test automation product for web and mobile applications. Testers write steps as plain-English prompts and the AI turns them into automated actions, with no coding required. The site says it does not depend on fragile selectors or locators, so tests keep working when the UI shifts, and that its AI engine handles most test maintenance. The page lists web, mobile (on real devices rather than emulators), API, visual, cross-browser and SAP testing, plus email, SMS and two-factor scenarios and data-driven parameterization. Tests can be created from AI coding environments such as Claude Code or Cursor, or by running manual tests from test management tools such as Zephyr. Reflect connects to CI/CD systems, issue trackers and test case management tools. When a test fails, developers get repro steps, a video of the bug and console and network logs, and email and Slack notifications are built in. The page offers a free trial and a demo; prices are on a separate pricing page and are not shown here.
