What it does
Rosie answers a business's phone calls with an AI voice agent. It learns the business from a website or Google Business Profile, then the owner reviews the details, adds custom FAQs, picks a greeting, a name and one of 10+ voices, and tests it with a call. Calls are then forwarded to Rosie, which speaks English and Spanish. On each call Rosie answers questions, takes messages with questions that depend on why the person called, filters out robocalls and sales calls, and can transfer a caller to a person.
