What it does
Scribbl produces notes, action items, a searchable transcript and the recording for Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings, with no bot appearing in the call. Google Meet is covered by a Chrome extension, and Zoom and Teams by a desktop app for Mac and Windows. The summary view also shows who spoke and for how long. Beyond notes, you can connect Claude or ChatGPT so they can search the transcripts and notes of your meetings and answer questions across a whole week of calls. This connection is part of the Pro plan. Smart Collections group meetings automatically from a one-sentence description, such as calls with prospects. Automations run after each meeting in a collection: drafting a follow-up email, logging notes in HubSpot or Pipedrive, posting to Slack or Teams, saving to Drive, Notion or Confluence, opening tickets in Linear, Jira, Asana or Monday, or adding a row to a Google Sheet. By default it asks before changing anything in those tools. You can also write plain-language instructions that run with your own Claude. The site reminds users to get consent from meeting participants, since recording laws vary by region.
