Soda

A Mac app, currently in private beta, that listens to your calls in the background, builds living profiles of each customer and lets you search that memory from any app.

What it does

Soda is a memory tool for customer-facing teams. It runs quietly on a Mac and follows the context of your work, including calls and conversations, with no bots joining meetings and no buttons to press. The product is in private beta, with an early-access request form. From what it hears, Soda builds living customer profiles: what was discussed and promised, decisions, next steps, concerns and personal details. It pulls out structured facts and updates them as things change, preserves the full history, links each fact back to the moment it was captured, and highlights what changed on a shared profile. It also learns who knows whom across an account. You can search the memory from anywhere on your Mac with a shortcut, jot notes in an AI notepad that Soda enriches with call context, and connect up to 10 calendars so the next customer's profile is ready. The site names Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, Slack and WhatsApp among the apps it covers, and says that transcription happens on your device and audio does not leave your Mac, and that memories are private unless you choose to share them.
