What it does

Taskade describes itself as a workspace platform built on three connected parts: projects that act as memory, AI agents that reason and act, and automations that carry out the work. Its Genesis builder turns a plain-English description into a running app with a database, agents, automations, login and payments, which you can publish on your own domain. Agents can be given custom instructions and trained on files, links and project data. The site lists long-term memory, multi-agent teams, human approval steps and a choice of more than 15 models from OpenAI, Anthropic and open-weight providers. Automations use triggers such as forms, webhooks and schedules, with branching and loops, and connect to over 100 services. Around that sit seven project views, including list, board, mind map, calendar and Gantt, plus real-time collaboration. For developers there is a REST API, an MCP server for connecting to assistants such as Claude and Cursor, webhooks and OAuth. It is available on the web, desktop, mobile and as browser extensions. The page read here is the product's public GitHub repository, which says it holds docs, comparisons and starter kits rather than the Taskade source code.
