TweetClaw

OpenClaw plugin and skill that lets an agent search tweets, export followers, monitor accounts and, with per-action approval, post or reply on X through the Xquik service.

Marketing & socialWorkflow automation

What it does

TweetClaw is a plugin for OpenClaw that runs on Xquik, an independent third-party service that is not affiliated with X Corp. Its packaged SKILL.md can also be installed as an OpenClaw skill. The README says it is a plugin, not an MCP server, and points to a separate Xquik MCP endpoint for remote MCP clients. Through it an agent can search tweets, read timelines, export followers and following lists, create monitors with polling-based event notifications, manage webhooks, run giveaway draws, and post, reply, like, follow or send direct messages. The site says agents can call 156 of the 184 operations in the Xquik API specification, with account settings, billing and similar items left to the dashboard. A local explore tool searches the bundled API catalog without a network request, while the tweetclaw API tool is optional and must be allowed in the OpenClaw config. Write-like, private, paid, recurring, extraction, monitor and webhook calls trigger a one-time approval prompt so social-account actions are reviewed each time. Live calls use an Xquik API key with prepaid credits, or pay-per-call through the Machine Payments Protocol.

Capabilities

  • Post, reply, like, follow and send DMs, each gated by an approval prompt
  • Free local explore catalog of supported API routes
  • /xstatus and /xtrends commands that answer without the model

When to use it

  • You run OpenClaw and want an agent to research or monitor X accounts and keywords
