KloudMate

KloudMate is an observability platform that combines logs, metrics, traces, alerting and incident response with an AI assistant for investigating incidents.

What it does

KloudMate collects logs, metrics and traces in one platform. An alert can detect abnormal latency, error rate, resource saturation or availability impact. KloudMate then links the alert with related logs, traces, metrics, infrastructure events and incident activity. KloudMate Assistant highlights what changed, what is affected and which evidence matters most. Engineers then start from a focused investigation path. Findings, ownership, timelines and follow-up actions remain tied to the incident context. KloudMate Assistant also lets users ask questions, summarize evidence and get guided next steps using telemetry-backed context. KloudMate describes the platform as one connected platform for SRE and platform teams.

Capabilities

  • On-call routing sends alerts to the on-call schedule, escalates by phone until someone acknowledges, and posts updates to a public status page.
  • Kubernetes and infrastructure monitoring shows workload, node, pod and cluster health alongside application telemetry.
  • LLM Observability covers AI/LLM workflows and token usage.
  • Reliability features cover SLOs, error budgets and burn-rate alerts.
  • Telemetry collection uses OpenTelemetry, with no proprietary agent.

When to use it

  • An alert for abnormal latency or error rate has fired and the team needs to find the cause.
  • A team wants to consolidate telemetry, alerting, incidents and investigation workflows into one platform.
  • A team needs to page the right on-call engineer and keep customers posted with a status page.
