Huawei Cloud launches Agentic AI product suite for enterprise infrastructure

Huawei Cloud used its INSPIRE 2026 event to introduce a set of Agentic AI products spanning infrastructure, model development, enterprise agents and industry deployment environments, according to Huawei Cloud, Pandaily and Sina Technology.

Huawei Cloud announced a series of Agentic AI products at its INSPIRE 2026 launch event on June 5, positioning the suite as enterprise infrastructure for what it calls the intelligent era.

A broad enterprise AI rollout

According to Huawei Cloud’s own announcement, the launch introduced products across several layers of its cloud AI stack, including Agentic Infra, ModelArts Next, AgentArts, openJiuwen and Industry AI DreamWorks zones. Pandaily reported that Huawei Cloud framed the release around the idea of “silicon-based black soil,” a metaphor the company uses to describe foundational digital infrastructure for AI development and deployment.

Huawei Cloud said the products are intended to support enterprise use of Agentic AI, a term generally used for AI systems that can plan, use tools and complete multi-step tasks with varying degrees of autonomy. The company’s announcement emphasized infrastructure, development platforms and industry-specific deployment environments rather than a single consumer-facing application.

Infrastructure, tools and industry environments

Sina Technology reported that Huawei Cloud CEO Zhou Yuefeng described the strategy as a combination of software, hardware and chips designed to strengthen the company’s “silicon-based black soil.” At the event, Zhou highlighted products including AICS Lingqu, AMS Agentic Memory Storage, CCE VolcanoNext and AgentSphere, according to Sina Technology.

Huawei Cloud’s announcement named Agentic Infra as part of the new product line, suggesting a focus on the computing and cloud foundation needed to run enterprise AI workloads. The company also listed ModelArts Next, the latest version of its AI development platform, as part of the release. In Huawei Cloud’s description, ModelArts Next is presented as a platform layer for building and managing AI capabilities.

For enterprise agents, Huawei Cloud named AgentArts and openJiuwen among the products announced. Pandaily described AgentArts as a tool aimed at enterprise agent development. Huawei Cloud also referred to Industry AI DreamWorks zones, indicating that it is packaging deployment environments around industry scenarios rather than only offering general-purpose AI tools.

Huawei’s strategic framing

The phrase “silicon-based black soil” is central to Huawei Cloud’s positioning. In Chinese technology discourse, “black soil” is often used as a metaphor for fertile ground that supports innovation. Huawei Cloud’s June 5 announcement applies that metaphor to AI infrastructure, arguing that enterprises need a richer technical base as AI systems become more complex.

Sina Technology’s report said Zhou linked this foundation to coordination across software, hardware and chips. That framing is consistent with Huawei’s broader enterprise cloud strategy, where cloud services, AI platforms and computing infrastructure are presented as mutually reinforcing parts of the same stack.

What is clear — and what remains to be tested

The sources show that Huawei Cloud is expanding its AI cloud portfolio beyond model tooling into infrastructure and enterprise agent orchestration. Huawei Cloud, Pandaily and Sina Technology all describe the June 5 event as a product launch spanning multiple Agentic AI components.

What remains less clear from the available announcements is how quickly enterprises will adopt the new products, how performance compares with rival cloud AI platforms, and how broadly the Industry AI DreamWorks zones will be implemented across sectors. The available reports focus mainly on Huawei Cloud’s product positioning and executive messaging, rather than independent customer benchmarks or third-party technical evaluations.

For now, the launch indicates that Huawei Cloud is aligning its cloud AI roadmap around enterprise agents, AI development platforms and specialized infrastructure. The company is presenting these products as the technical foundation for large-scale enterprise AI use, while external validation will depend on adoption, reliability and measurable business outcomes.
