Envoy AI Gateway has released version 1.0, its first stable and generally available version. The project describes the release as production-ready and says it is built on CNCF Envoy Gateway.
The software is designed as a vendor-neutral gateway for AI application traffic. Rather than requiring an application to directly manage every provider connection and policy, teams can use the gateway as a central point for routing requests, applying controls and monitoring activity across supported AI services.
