Zeta Global said second-quarter 2026 revenue rose 44% year over year to $443 million, while adjusted EBITDA reached $92 million and free cash flow totaled $58 million. The marketing technology company also reported positive GAAP net income, raised its outlook and provided an update on its Palantir integration.
Zeta Global reported $443 million in revenue for the second quarter of 2026, up 44% from a year earlier, and said it generated positive GAAP net income during the period.
In its earnings release, published through Business Wire and on its investor-relations website, the company described the results as its 20th consecutive “beat and raise” quarter. Zeta also said revenue grew 28% year over year excluding Marigold.
The company reported adjusted EBITDA of $92 million, a 56% year-over-year increase, and free cash flow of $58 million, up 73% from the prior-year period. Zeta raised its financial outlook, although the cited release did not provide detail on the specific factors behind the revised forecast.
Zeta said it achieved its “Rule of 64,” a company-used measure combining revenue growth and adjusted EBITDA margin. Using the figures in the release, adjusted EBITDA of $92 million represented roughly 21% of quarterly revenue. Added to Zeta’s reported 44% revenue growth rate, that results in a combined figure of about 65%.
The measure is not a standardized GAAP metric. It uses adjusted EBITDA, which excludes certain items from reported earnings, and should therefore be considered alongside the company’s GAAP financial disclosures rather than as a direct substitute for them.
Still, the figures underscore Zeta’s emphasis on balancing sales growth with profitability and cash generation. The company positions its platform as AI-powered marketing and customer-engagement technology that helps enterprises analyze data, make decisions and manage customer interactions.
Zeta said it ended the quarter with 197 “Super-Scaled Customers,” a category defined in its earnings materials. That total was up 17% year over year. Average revenue per user among those customers was $1.8 million, also up 17% from a year earlier, according to the release.
The company also updated investors on its work with Palantir. Zeta said the first phase of the integration had been completed and that it had signed two agreements to launch with Palantir customers. It did not identify those customers, disclose financial terms or quantify expected revenue from the agreements.
Zeta characterized its broader strategy as building an AI infrastructure layer for enterprise decision-making across more workflows, teams and use cases. However, its earnings announcement did not break out how much of quarterly growth was attributable specifically to AI-related products or the Palantir relationship.
The results are based on Zeta Global’s own reported financial disclosures in its second-quarter 2026 earnings release, distributed by Business Wire and published on the company’s investor-relations site.
